By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Initial Payment & Product Delivery:

I understand that a 20% upfront payment was required to secure my 1.4kg Hair Collection order. This payment is non-refundable. I confirm that I have already received the hair in hand following this initial payment.

2. Ongoing Payment Obligations:

I agree to pay the remaining balance via fortnightly instalments as per the agreed payment plan and schedule provided at checkout or by invoice. I understand that receiving the product does not remove my obligation to complete all remaining payments in full.

3. Timely Payments:

I agree to make all payments on or before the due dates outlined in my payment plan. I understand that:

A 10% late fee will be automatically applied to any missed or overdue payments.
If payments are delayed by more than 7 days without communication, the account may be suspended and the matter escalated.

4. Payment Default and Breach of Terms:

In the event of non-payment, I acknowledge that:

I have already received the product and am legally bound to complete the full payment, regardless of usage.
Repeated missed payments may result in my account being referred to a collections agency and/or legal action to recover the outstanding balance.
I will remain liable for the total remaining amount owed.

5. Order Fulfilment:

I acknowledge that my order was fulfilled after the initial 20% payment, and any further services, support, or access related to this order may be paused or revoked if my payment schedule is not maintained.

6. Information Accuracy:

I confirm that I have received all relevant information regarding the product, the payment plan, and associated terms, and that I have asked any questions necessary prior to entering into this agreement.

7. Refund Policy Acknowledgement:

I acknowledge that the refund policy for this purchase aligns with the official refund policy of Maiden Hair Extensions, and I agree to be bound by those terms.
