Reusable Hair & Refit Schedule
The Ultimate Weft is reusable. Salon refits are generally recommended every 6–8 weeks. Hair can last up to 12 months, sometimes 18 months, with appropriate care and maintenance. Results vary.

Customers can purchase Maiden hair and arrange professional installation with their preferred salon or a Maiden salon. Salon owners can apply for a wholesale account to access professional pricing.

Ultimate Weft Care & Maintenance

Your Maiden Weft Routine
Use Maiden’s extension-compatible haircare system and follow your stylist’s installation advice.
Wash Twice — Rinse & Repeat
Shampoo twice. Gently massage your scalp with fingertips around attachment points without pulling the weft. Rinse thoroughly to prevent buildup.
Condition — Seal the Deal
Apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends only, avoiding the weft attachments. Conditioner and residue near attachment points can contribute to slippage. Rinse well. Optional pro tip: finish with a 15-second cool rinse for a smoother feel.
Prep — Prime Time Ultra + Tame the Mane
After gently towel-drying, let excess moisture evaporate briefly, then apply Prime Time Ultra and Tame the Mane to the lengths as directed. Prime Time Ultra is a cream-based heat protectant; follow label directions for protection and reapplication.
Dry & Style
Blast-dry gently, making sure attachment points dry completely. When the lengths are at least about 60% dry, use a round brush or blow-dry brush for a bouncy blowout. Style longevity varies; some clients maintain their blowout for up to a week.
Finish — Give Me Life
Apply Give Me Life to mid-lengths and ends for softness and shine. Brush gently with the Maiden Boar Bristle Brush, supporting the hair near attachments.
Between Refit Appointments
Never sleep with wet attachments. Keep conditioner, oils and heavy products away from the attachment points, brush gently, and book a salon refit approximately every 6–8 weeks.
