I've been wearing Maiden for five years now and honestly the consistency is what keeps me coming back. The team are so lovely and I've always found the hair lasts really well. Their hair care has been amazing for my own hair too. I just know what I'm getting every time I order and that's probably what I love most about Maiden.

I was so worried about ordering my colour online but being able to just text the team made it so easy. It's literally like texting a friend haha. I've never come across a hair extension company where you can just message a real person and actually get help straight away. They were so responsive and helped me choose the right colour. Such a good experience.

Everything arrived packaged so beautifully, even opening the box felt special. The hair was exactly what I was hoping for and I'm honestly so glad I got the full hair care routine with it. My extensions are so soft and even my own hair feels amazing using the products. I'm so happy with everything. I genuinely can't see myself buying hair anywhere else now.

Wash gently
Detangle first. Place clip-ins in lukewarm water in a clean basin. Smooth Rinse & Repeat shampoo down the hair without rubbing, swirling vigorously or tangling, then rinse.
Condition & treat
Apply Seal the Deal through lengths and ends, avoiding the PU attachment band. Rinse thoroughly. Use a compatible extension-safe treatment or mask as directed.
Prime & protect
Gently squeeze away water, apply Prime Time Ultra as directed, then use Tame the Mane for styling support. Keep hot tools away from PU bands.
Finish with Give Me Life
Apply a small amount to the lengths and ends as directed for softness and shine.
Brush and store safely
Use the Maiden brush gently from ends upwards. Dry completely before storing in the protective pouch. Remove clip-ins before sleeping.
Follow the individual product labels for application and usage frequency.
